Dig DeGarmo was presented a neckerchief from John Janecasz (Scout Master of Troop 315) for being the Organization Representative. The neckerchief was designed by the troop. Troop 315 is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Reisterstown.
Bill Seabold was presented his neckerchief a week earlier at the scout meeting for being an original charter member of Troop 315. The scout troop started in 1928 and recently held its 80th anniversary.
